Dr. Ganguly's research focuses on gravitational-wave (GW) astronomy, with emphasis on gravitational lensing of GWs and testing general relativity, as a member of the LIGO-Virgo-KAGRA collaboration. He is also interested in alternate theories of gravity in strong-gravity regime and black hole perturbation theory. He was earlier involved with Square Kilometre Array and interested in pulsars and fast radio bursts.
