A visa has to be obtained by most foreign nationals before travelling to India. All foreign nationals expected to participate in the meeting are therefore requested to apply for a Conference/Business visa through an Indian Consulate in their country.

Following regulation, we will be applying for clearence for the conference from the Ministry of Human Resource Development of the Government of India. We expect to get a copy of this clearance by mid-October. The participants are requested to provide their details in the form given in the Registration section. These details are required for the invitation letter and the letter will be sent to all registered participants requiring visa.
